Cocoa Butter

High quality butter from Dominican Republic.  Add to cacao paste to make rich chocolate. Unheated above 114F and Certified Organic and Kosher and Passover Certified.
It is not unusual for fat bloom to appear as a white film on the surface of cocoa butter when the oil recrystalizes some of the triglycerides. This does not affect the quality and will disappear when melted.

Cocoa Powder

Also called cacao powder. Raw cacao nibs are pressed to make cocoa butter and cocoa powder. Use it to make great smoothies with fresh nut milk and banana. Unheated from 100% Arriba Nacional Cacao from Ecuador. You won't be disappointed. Unheated, Certified Organic.
