Lecithin - Sunflower
No GMO and not solvent extracted (via hexane). It is exclusively obtained via mechanical extraction by cold pressing sunflower seeds, without the use of any chemical solvents. This product is solvent-free (no hexane!), soy-free, gluten-free, unbleached and vegan. The most common applications are as dietary supplement “as is” or in recipes for shakes, smoothies, sauces, dressings, or products requiring an emulsifier.
