Kelp Noodles
Kelp Noodles are a sea vegetable in the form of an easy to eat raw noodle. Made of only kelp (a sea vegetable), sodium alginate (sodium salt extracted from a brown seaweed), and water, Kelp Noodles are fat-free, gluten-free, and very low in carbohydrates and calories. All nori batches are tested clear of radiation. We really stocked up with nori harvested before the Fukushima incident to assure they were not affected by radiation and now we still have some left but the best before date is Jan 2014. We have been assured that they are good for much longer, perhaps years more. -
