Coconut Palm Syrup
Use instead of maple syrup. Full of minerals. Evaporated at about 65C. The nectar comes from the flower stem of coconut palms and the taking of this nectar does not interfere with the coconut crop or hurt the tree so it is very sustainable. Very low glycemic index. Colour varies from light to dark and can have crystals in the bottom.
